How long does it take to get the email for my license?

You should receive your order confirmation and the activation code for the product you ordered within a few seconds. If it takes longer, there may be problems at any point between our service providers and your mailbox.

Our transaction emails are sent via MailChimp, which has a very good reputation and whose emails are generally OK with spam filters.

But, please do check your spam mailboxes before contacting us. We do get occasional rejection reports. Note that the email with your activation code is sent from the domain SealBucket.com.

If you do not receive anything, please also make sure that your mailbox is not full. We sometimes get bounce reports for email addresses that are over their mailbox limits, meaning that we have no means to reply to support inquiries.
